Where is the farmhouse located and is it safe?
The farmhouse is located in a 6-acre orchard near Pattan Kodoli village, Maharashtra. The premises are completely safe with our staff present during the day and a caretaker staying overnight to ensure security.

The farmhouse has 3 double-bed bedrooms, 1 single-bed room, and 2 spacious halls. In total, 15 to 20 people can comfortably stay here. Bedding and blankets are provided for everyone.

There are 4 bathrooms and 5 washrooms available. Geysers are installed in the bathrooms, so guests can enjoy hot water whenever needed.

Each bedroom and the upper hall are equipped with air conditioning and Internet Television. The premises have high-speed WiFi (100 Mbps), making it convenient for guests who wish to work from here.

Yes, parking facilities are available, and your car can be driven right up to the farmhouse doorstep for your convenience.

The house has a gas stove and microwave for preparing tea or coffee. For full meals, please inform us in advance. Alternatively, you can eat out or bring parcel food. Full-scale cooking on-site is not permitted.

Meal charges are separate. A menu will be shared with you in advance, and you'll need to select and inform us about your choices beforehand. The cooking and menu will be customized for your group.

No. The farmhouse and its premises are offered to only one group at a time, ensuring complete privacy for your stay.

Yes, you can bring your pet (dog or cat). There is an additional charge of ₹200 per day for pets. We have plenty of open space for them to roam safely.

Yes, Pattan Kodoli village has shops and medical stores available, ensuring convenience in case of any need. Ambabai Temple is just 20km away.
